OUR MISSION

The Official Memphis Black Pride, A Celebration Of Life And
Diverse Culture within Our "LGBT" Community. This Year We
Proudly Are Celebrating More Than 20 Years Of Service,
Empowering, Environmental Organization In Greater Memphis
area. We are Dedicated to Social Education, Alternative Living
and "UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY". This year's Pride Focus Is
To "EXCITE AND UNITE"!

This is accomplished by community involvement.
To form a partnership among diverse community interests to
raise appreciation and awareness of the economic, ecological
and the "Recreational" Importance And to restore the unity of
all races to the highest practical level of environmental quality.

The mission of Memphis Black Pride is to promote diversity,
pride,
and acceptance within the communities of Memphis and with
the rest
of the Greater Metropolitan Area. This will be a year round
effort educating those in and outside our own community,
culminating with an Annual "Pride In The Park Festival &
Show", Multicultural Picnic and
Festival, Super Show Night , featuring entertainers both local
and from around the country!

LGBT Seminars, and The Official Memphis Black Pride After
Party 2011, Hosted By Mr. Terryl Buckner and The Official
Host Of The Official Memphis Black Pride, The 901 COMPLEX.

We celebrate the strength, diversity and reaffirm the
self-worth of the LGBT community.
